Before purchasing Missential, please read the terms of the Agreement.
This text is an agreement between Missential (hereafter referred to as the “Company”) and the user of the services (hereafter referred to as the “Buyer”) that defines the terms of purchase of jewelry through the Company’s website.
- Basic Terms
1.1 This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the Company at the moment of placing an order.
1.2. The information on the Company’s website includes the terms and conditions and offers to purchase goods, which constitutes a Public Offer. Placing an order for the goods offered entails acceptance of the Public Offer.
1.3. When placing an order on this website, the Buyer also agrees to the terms and conditions stipulated in this Agreement.
1.4. Any individual or legal entity that is able to pay for the goods can purchase from the Company.
- Information About Products
2.1. The goods are presented in the catalog by photo samples that are the property of the Company.
2.2. The photo of each product is accompanied by additional information: item number, description, and price.
2.3. If the site does not provide enough information for the Buyer to make a decision, the sales manager must provide it by support@missential.com e-mail.
2.4. The Company has the right to change the price indicated on the website unilaterally.
2.5. If the Buyer has ordered a product for the price that has been changed, the Company’s sales manager must e-mail a notice to the Buyer to confirm or cancel the order. If the Buyer is unavailable, the order is automatically canceled.
- Order Placement
3.1. The Buyer can place an order on the website, by phone, by e-mail, or through the Company’s official pages on social networks.
3.2. The Buyer may purchase the goods presented on the website in any quantity.
3.3. If the ordered product is unavailable, the sales manager must inform the Buyer of it.
3.4. In the case of the absence of the goods, the Buyer has the right to have it replaced with a similar model, refuse the product, or cancel the order.
3.5. The Buyer may refuse to purchase any product before it is shipped.
- Delivery
4.1. Delivery of the goods purchased from the Company is carried out by a delivery service.
4.2. The ordered goods are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation by the Buyer.
4.3. The fact of acceptance of the goods is the Buyer’s payment for the goods.
- Payment
5.1. The Buyer shall pay for an order placed with the Company by bank transfer.
5.2. The Buyer should pay for the order by 100% advance transfer of funds to the current Company’s account within three (3) business days from the date of order confirmation.
5.3. If the funds are not received within the specified time, the online store reserves the right to cancel the order.
5.4. Payments are accepted on the https://missential.com/ website.
- Warranty Period
6.1. The goods purchased from the Company have a warranty period of 24 months. If, during this time, the product was broken, the Buyer may contact the Company for an exchange or return.
- Exclusive Right
7.1. The Company reserves the right to expand or reduce the product offered on the website, regulate access to the purchase of any goods, as well as suspend or terminate the sale of any goods at its sole discretion.
