What is your jewelry made of?

Our silver jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver, and most models are rhodium-plated. The assortment also includes a large variety of jewelry made of 925 sterling silver with a 14k or 18k gold coating.

Gold jewelry is made of yellow, white, or red 14k gold. White gold items are rhodium-plated.

All jewelry comes with a 24-month warranty.

 

Is there a purity mark on the products?

Most jewelry has a digital purity mark engraved with a laser and barely visible to the human eye. It is better to view it in bright daylight.

A purity mark is a confirmation of the product’s quality.

 

What is rhodium, and why cover jewelry with it?

Rhodium is a precious metal of the platinum group, white in color, visually reminiscent of platinum or white gold, and one of the most expensive metals (several times more expensive than gold). It is a solid material that protects silver and white gold from tarnishing, scratches, or damage and gives the jewelry a fantastic glossy shine, accentuating the metal’s whiteness.

 

What is gold-plated silver jewelry?

Gold-plated silver jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver with a layer of gold coating. Gilding is the application of a thin layer of gold to the surface of metal or non-metal products.

We use 14k gold and 18k gold as the most optimal coating in terms of quality-price.

 

Can I buy a pendant separately, without a chain?

No.

 

Is it possible to replace the chain on a necklace with another one?

No, a jewelry item is available to order exactly as it appears in the picture. We cannot change this setup.

 

Can I buy one earring or a cuff?

No, with the exception of a few models of single cuffs in the stock, we only sell earrings and cuffs in pairs.

 

Do you offer jewelry with natural inserts?

Yes, we use diverse natural inserts in our jewelry, such as quartz, onyx, aventurine, malachite, mother-of-pearl, Swarovski stones, ulexite, topaz, and diamond.

 

Sizing

How do I know my ring size?

We advise using the steps below to determine your ring size at home:

1) Cut a thin piece of paper or thread to about the length of your hand.

2) Wrap the paper or thread around the finger you will be wearing the ring on. Do not wrap it too tight.

3) Mark the point where the paper or thread overlaps around your finger's circumference.

4) Lay the paper or thread flat and measure the distance between one end and the marked point with a ruler.

That length will be your finger’s circumference.

To confirm your ring size, refer to the table below. We advise going up a size if you're in between sizes.

Packaging

What are the packaging options?

A standard branded 5×5 cm cardboard box is added to your shopping cart by default. The box does not have a lodgment but a microfiber napkin and a chocolate bar. If you buy several jewelry pieces, please specify whether you want them packed in one box or several at the checkout.

We sell our gold jewelry with a square premium box that contains a tray, a paper bag, a polishing napkin, and a chocolate bar.

You can also purchase the following additional packaging:

– square premium boxes of two types;

– a long box for pendants and bracelets; 

– premium packaging for sets;

– a thick cardboard charity box with the image of a palm with a lodgment;

– a transparent plastic bag;

– a paper bag;

– a beauty box.

 

Can I have discreet packaging?

We are sorry but we do not offer discreet packaging at this time. Please make sure to only indicate a location you are comfortable with receiving the parcel.

 

Placing an order

How can I pay for the order?

We accept payments via a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay. We may also consider other payment methods.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is sent to the delivery service. Please note that to ensure fast delivery of your order, our team will transfer it to the delivery service promptly.

 

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

You can change the delivery address before it is submitted to the delivery service.

 

Can I place an order as a gift?

Sure, there is an option to send the product as a gift to a different recipient. In this case, you need to provide your contact information, followed by the recipient’s details.

Can you ship my order to a P.O. box, parcel locker, or pickup point?

Domestic

We offer shipping to P.O. boxes located in the United States. At this time, we are not able to ship directly to pickup points or parcel lockers.

Please note our Express Shipping method is not available for delivery to P.O. boxes. If you would like to ship an order to a P.O. box, we recommend choosing either No-Rush Shipping (5–7 business days) or Premium Shipping (2–4 business days) as your shipping method.

International

We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes, pickup points, or parcel lockers outside the United States. Sorry for any inconvenience.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Can I exchange my jewelry?

If a jewelry item does not suit you in size, color, or design, we can replace it with another product from our store within 30 days of receiving the order.

MISSENTIAL can exchange a piece of jewelry for another at the same price. You can also choose a piece of jewelry at a higher price and pay the difference.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
  • Items returned by mail must be sent in their original packaging (including the tags and box).
  • If you wish to receive a refund for an item from a set, you must return the complete set.

 

Can I return the ordered jewelry?

You can return a piece of jewelry if you find it defective. For warranty issues, email support@missential.com. Please put “Return” as the subject line, explain the issue, include the order number, and attach a photo of the damage. We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the problem.

Shipping costs and taxes are not refundable.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
  • Items returned by mail must be sent in their original packaging (including the tags and box).
  • If you want to return an item from a set and get a refund, you must return the entire set.

 

Warranties

Is there a warranty for jewelry?

We offer a 2-year guarantee on our jewelry from the date of purchase. This warranty only applies to manufacturing defects. If you find any such issues, please e-mail support@missential.com or call +1 484-473-16-02, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Our jewelry is made from durable metals by reputable manufacturers who prioritize responsibility, which is why we are confident in the quality of our products. The warranty does not cover scratches or damage caused by wearing the jewelry (for example, a bent ring or broken chain). It also will be deemed invalid in case of a product's incorrect usage, inappropriate storage, or any modifications made by third parties.

 

Is there a warranty for gold vermeil jewelry?

Gold vermeil jewelry is covered by the same warranty as silver jewelry. It does not apply to the plating layer because its abrasion is natural.

Product Care

How do I take care of my jewelry?

  • Clean it only with a soft and abrasive-free cloth.
  • Once a year, take your silver items to a jeweler for professional cleaning.
  • Clean your silver jewelry with a light soap solution. We recommend using polishing cloths that come with the product.
  • Wipe the jewelry with a soft cloth after cleaning.

Please note that the warranty does not cover the abrasion of the gold-plating layer of gold-plated products, as this is a natural process.

 

Golden and Silver Jewelry Usage and Care Guidelines

— Wear the jewelry carefully, excluding mechanical contact during use.

— Avoid contact with acids, alkalis, and all kinds of solvents (including detergents and nail polish/makeup/stain removers).

— Exclude interaction with liquids containing chlorine, iodine, mercury, and sulfur (may be contained in cosmetics or pool water).

— Avoid exposure to fire and high or rapidly changing temperatures (sauna, steam room, solarium).

— Exclude exposure to radiation (radioactive, ultraviolet, X-ray).

— Avoid contact with perfumes, eau de toilette, and body sprays.

— Clean the jewelry under running warm water and dry it in a natural way only.

— Remove your jewelry before playing sports, swimming in the sea or pool, and before going to bed.

— Store your jewelry pieces separately from each other in a soft case to avoid scratches and breakage.

The warranty does not apply to jewelry in case of violation of the rules above.
